Accident Policy Now in Effect in Fairfax County

When the Accident Policy is in effect, officers will continue to respond to personal injury crashes, hit and run crashes involving injury and to fatal crashes- not fender benders. 

If you are involved in a minor fender-bender, with NO injuries and NOT blocking the roadway, please move off of the roadway, exchange relevant information regarding driver’s license, vehicle registration information and automobile insurance coverage.

Please drive with caution. Numerous road closures throughout Fairfax County.
