Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a small dog running loose in the area of Rolling Road and Delong Drive on Tuesday, March 31.
With the assistance of several residents, the animal was captured, transported to a veterinarian, and treated for a variety of ailments.
The dog is a male Bichon Frise, around 3 years old.
The animal is described as lovable, but afraid.
