Smith, Commander of the Major Crimes Division, regarding the February 26 arrest of the burglary/sexual assault suspect, Edwin Ponce Martinez. Immediately following the public briefing, you will have an opportunity to interview Chief Roessler and Captain Smith one-on-one:
