ARSON, 3900 block of Royal Lytham Drive, 03/03/2016, 12:52 a.m. The victim heard a loud noise outside of his home and saw someone running. The victim saw flames coming from outside of the residence which caused property damage. The victim was not injured. No further suspect information and there is no evidence of a bias crime.
