MALTREAT ANIMAL: Richmond Hwy / Sacramento Drive, 06/20/16, 3:08 p.m. Animal Control Officers were called to the parking lot for a dog left in a vehicle. Due to the increased temperature inside of the vehicle the dog was removed, transported to a local animal hospital, cleared medically, and then transported to the animal shelter. A suspect has been identified but no arrest has been made. The investigation is ongoing and court case is pending.
