MALTREAT ANIMAL: 6600 block of Springfield Mall, 06/28/16, 11:18 a.m. Officers were called to the parking lot for a dog left in a vehicle with the windows partially open. The owner, Katina Wright, 43, was charged with inadequate care of an animal. The animal did not appear to be harmed.
MALTREAT ANIMAL: 7900 block of Richmond Hwy, 06/28/16, 3:24 p.m. Officers were called to the parking lot for two dogs left in a vehicle with the windows partially open. The owner, Luzmila Tivey, 51, was charged with inadequate care of an animal. The animals did not appear to be harmed.
