CREDIT CARD FRAUD/UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE/OBTAIN MONEY BY FALSE PRETENSES/IDENTITY THEFT/ELUDING LAW ENFORCEMENT/RESISTING ARREST/ARREST: 8400 block of Old Courthouse Road, 8/8/16, around 12:57 p.m. Police arrested a man after receiving information that he had stolen a car from another jurisdiction and used a stolen credit card to rent a hotel room in the Tysons Corner area. An investigation determined the suspect also allegedly attempted to use the stolen credit card to purchase other items. Officers responded to the hotel and after an extensive search, located the suspect nearby. Delonte Hall, 22, of Washington, D.C., was taken into custody and transported to Adult Detention Center. He was charged with credit card fraud, unauthorized use of a vehicle, obtain money by false pretenses, identity theft, eluding law enforcement and resisting arrest.

ROBBERY: 8600 block of Westwood Center Drive, 08/08/16, 6 a.m. While walking, the victim was approached by three to four males. The victim was assaulted by the suspects. The suspects took cash and property and fled. The victim had non-life-threatening injuries. The suspects were described as Middle Eastern or Hispanic.

ROBBERY: 3900 block of Persimmon Drive, 08/08/16, 3:16 a.m. The victim was inside of his residence when a man entered through an unlocked sliding door. The suspect demanded money and implied he had a weapon. The victim realized that the suspect was holding his hand underneath his sweatshirt and confronted him. The suspect was held down by the victim and police responded. The 17-year-old suspect was detained and transported to the Mason District Station. Charges are pending.
