UPDATE: ROBBERY: 8100 block of Oakdale Court, 10/29/16 between 7:40 and 8:08 p.m. Detectives determined inconsistencies during the course of the investigation and discovered the purported suspects were acquaintances of the victim. There is no threat to public safety with regard to this incident.
Initial summary in Monday, October 31’s FCPD RECAP: A 32-year-old man reported he was sitting by a pond when three men approached him. At least two suspects reportedly produced guns and demanded money. When he did not produce any, the suspects took his ATM card. One suspect left to withdraw an undisclosed amount of cash while the other two stayed with the victim. When the suspect returned, all three fled in a vehicle. Two of the suspects were described as black; the other was described as white. All suspects had their faces covered. The victim did not require medical attention.
ROBBERY/ARREST: 8300 block of Claremont Woods Drive, 11/1/16 around 2:55 p.m. Investigation determined two men robbed a 60-year-old man who was delivering food. The suspects assaulted him as he entered the building. The suspects were described as black, between 18 and 22 years old. One was between 5 feet 6 and 5 feet 9 inches tall and 165 pounds, wearing a blue coat and light-colored pants. The other was about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 145 pounds, wearing a dark-colored jacket and skinny jeans. The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Later that evening, officers received information about the whereabouts of one suspect. Investigation led to his arrest. Andrea L. Cross, of Woodbridge, was taken to jail and charged with robbery.

BURGLARY: 8300 block of Fox Haven Drive, between 9/25/16 and 10/31/16. A home was burglarized while the residents were out of the country. Several items to include handbags, jewelry and electronics were reported missing.
