BRANDISHING A FIREARM/ CONCEALED WEAPONS VIOLATION/TRESPASSING/ARREST: 12000 Bluemont Way, 11/17/16 around 11:40 a.m. Officers responded for a report of a man who had been trespassed from the property. When security confronted him, the suspect displayed a gun. Security officers challenged him and he complied. When police arrived on scene, Robert S. Kao, 35, of Charlotte, N.C., was taken into custody, taken to jail and charged with brandishing a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and trespassing. No one was injured.
