Critical Missing Teen Found in Reston
STOLEN VEHICLES:
13900 block of New Braddock Road, 2005 Toyota Camry
UNLAWFUL ENTRY: 8000 block of Pantano Place, 12/29/16, 7:14 p.m. A security officer reported that three juveniles were inside a vacant apartment. Officers responded and identified the three juveniles. Charges are pending.

STOLEN VEHICLES:
8000 block of Pantano Place, 2001 Pontiac Grand Am
SEX OFFENSE / ARREST: 9400 block of Lee Highway, 12/29/16, 8:58 a.m. A woman observed a male exposing himself by a walking path. Officers responded, the suspect fled but was apprehended quickly. James Clinton Milburn, III, 36, of Fairfax, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and masturbation in public.
