ARMED ROBBERY: 8700 block of Cooper Road (Taco Grande Restaurant) / 2/8/170, 9:12 p.m. The suspect came into the business and placed an order for food. Once his food was ready, he handed money to an employee. As the employee opened the cash register, the suspect pulled a handgun from his waistband and demanded all of the money from the cash register. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash and ran out of the store onto Cooper Road. K9 and Fairfax 1 responded to assist in the search for the suspect. He was described as black, in his 30s, with a light complexion. He was wearing a brown shirt and dark pants.

SEXUAL BATTERY: 7000 block of Manchester Boulevard. 2/8/17, 2:42 p.m. A 22-year-old woman was walking out of a business when a man walked up behind her and grabbed her buttocks. The suspect ran away but an officer heard the lookout and found the suspect a short distance away. The suspect was positively identified and then arrested. Sullay Kamara, 44, of Woodbridge, Virginia, was taken to the Adult Detention Center and charged with sexual battery. The victim did not require medical attention.

BURGLARY: 6000 block of Palladium Court. 2/8/17, 4:33 p.m. Residents reported that someone broke into their apartment and took jewelry and other property. There is no suspect information.
BURGLARY: 5900 block of Coverdale Way. 2/8/17, 6:18 p.m. A man reported that someone broke into his storage garage and stole property. There is no suspect information.
