ROBBERY/ARREST: 7300 block of Little River Turnpike (Exxon), 3/29/17 around 7:35 a.m. A man entered the business, displayed a knife and demanded money. Two employees inside refused and a struggle took place. The victims were able to subdue the suspect and hold him until officers arrived. Robert Hicks, 22, of Fairfax, was treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries then taken to the Adult Detention Center and charged with attempted robbery. One of the victims was treated at the scene for a non-life-threatening injury sustained during the struggle.

BURGLARY: 6000 block of Oxpen Court, 3/29/17 between 7:30 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. Electronic items were reported missing from an apartment. There were no signs of forced entry.
ROBBERY: 7200 block of commerce Street (Advance America Cash Business), 3/29/17 around 5:42 p.m. Two men entered the business and demanded money from an employee. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled. They were described as possibly black, both with medium builds, wearing gray hoodies and their faces were covered. The victim did not require medical attention.
