Sully Police District – Detectives are investigating a shooting last night in a parking lot near Old Centreville Road and Flamborough Road.  The victim left the area in a car and was found near the intersection of Paddington Lane and Bolton Road with a gunshot wound to his upper body after calling 911 just before 6:00PM.  He was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for his injuries, which are not life threatening.

An initial investigation indicates the suspect and victim are known to each other.  The car we found the victim in was towed and will be processed for evidence. There was one witness who has been interviewed.

Detectives continue to conduct interviews and are asking for anybody with information to contact Detective R. McCoy at 703-246-7800.
