Detectives Seeking Help to Identify Man Using Stolen Credit Cards
Franconia Police District- Detectives are asking for help identifying a man who used credit cards just hours after they were stolen from a car in the Pohick Bay Regional Park. The man pictured below used the cards at a Target in Prince William County. There were several other reported thefts in the Pohick Bay area on the same day and detectives believe they are related.
