Mount Vernon Police District – This afternoon, Chief of Police Kevin Davis and Major Ed O’Carroll, Bureau Chief, Major Crimes, Cyber and Forensics, will update the community on the arrest of Terence Butler related to the Aug. 7 fatal shooting of Raphael Pierce. The recording of this press conference will be shared on our platforms shortly after its conclusion.
