Read moreWorking closely with detectives from police agencies in the Maryland counties of Howard, Montgomery and the City of Alexandria in Virginia, police apprehended a 39-year-old Howard County man. Following up on numerous leads, detectives identified the suspect and arrested him on Monday, May 5, at around 1 a.m. on the premises of a Subway on Georgia Avenue in Montgomery County.
