Man Shot in Restaurant Parking Lot

Detectives are investigating the shooting of a man in the parking lot of Fast Eddies at 6220 Richmond Highway at around 1:50 a.m. Friday, May 15.

Police responded to a report of an altercation involving around 50 people in the parking lot as the restaurant was closing. Upon arrival, police discovered that a man had been shot; he was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital in critical condition.

The man is 37 years old and from Woodbridge.

He has since been upgraded to non life-threatening condition but remains in the hospital. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
