UPDATE – Arrest Made in Homicide Investigation in Huntington Park

On Thursday August 13, homicide detectives charged Michael Norman Powell, 19, of Alexandria, with Second Degree Murder in the killing of Khalid Aboumalik. The suspect was captured by a task force of Fairfax County Police Fugitive Detectives and The U.S. Marshals Service. He is being held with no bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
