Man Charged with Animal Cruelty

On Friday, May 27 around 5:30 p.m. a male dropped off a mixed Pitbull breed female dog at the Fairfax County Animal Shelter (FCAS). The dog, “Zili,” was approximately 11 months old and extremely emaciated. She was transported to an emergency veterinarian and received medical treatment.
