Detectives Arrest Man for Indecent Liberties with Children
Sully Police District – Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau have arrested a man for Indecent Liberties with a minor.
On July 5, at 12:45 a.m., officers responded to the 13000 block of Laurel Rock Drive in Clifton for a sex offense report. The complainant reported that the two juvenile victims were walking when a suspect approached them and solicited sexual acts. The girls were not injured. Detectives from our Sex Crimes Unit assumed the investigation.
Through their investigation, detectives determined Ibrahim Mansaray, 22, of Clifton, had pursued the girls on foot and propositioned them both for sexual acts.

Mansaray was charged with two counts of Taking Indecent Liberties with Children. He is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
