Man Arrested for Indecent Liberties
Sully Police District– Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau have arrested a 22-year-old man after he exposed himself at a bus stop in Chantilly.
On October 8, at 1:15p.m., officers responded to 4700 block of Stonecroft Boulevard in Chantilly for a sex offense. An adult victim reported seeing a man masturbating by a public bus stop. An officer nearby quickly responded and detained a man matching the suspect description. The man was identified as Nelson Gabriel Robles, 22, of Fair Oaks.
Detectives from Major Crimes Bureau responded to assume the investigation. Through their investigation, detectives identified additional victims who observed the man masturbating.

Robles was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. He was charged with Indecent Liberties, Indecent Exposure, and Obscene Sexual Display. He is being held without bond.
