Franconia Police District – A Maryland man has been charged for two peeping incidents in Franconia.
On August 7 at 10:25 p.m., officers responded to the 5900 block of Coverdale Way in Franconia for a report of a peeping. The victim reported she observed a man peeping through her window. She also reported that on August 6, she had experienced the same incident. The suspect fled the area prior to police arrival. After reviewing video footage of the area and other evidence, officers identified the suspect as Landon Anthony Taylor, 42, of Maryland. Warrants were obtained for Taylor on August 7.
On August 14, with the assistance and coordination of our Warrant Squad, Metro Transit Police, and Montgomery County Police, Taylor waslocated and arrested in Rockville, Maryland. He was transported to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility and served with two counts of Peeping and one count of Stalking for these incidents.
