Detectives Continue to Investigate Fatal Pedestrian Crash with Fire Engine

Reston Police District – Detectives from our Crash Reconstruction Unit continue to investigate the early morning crash involving a pedestrian and a Fairfax County Fire and Rescue engine. At 2:18 a.m., officers and fire and rescue personnel responded to Glade Drive west of Laurel Glade Court for a woman who appeared to be intoxicated on the ground in the roadway.

Detectives Seek Help From Community in Shooting Investigation That Leaves One Dead, One Injured 

Mason Police District – Detectives continue to investigate the early morning fatal shooting that occurred in the Build America Plaza parking lot.  Around 2:19 a.m., officers were dispatched to a report of a shot person in the 3800 block of South George Mason Drive in Bailey’s Crossroads.
