Current Status of In-Custody Death Investigation

UPDATE – Herndon-Area Death Now Being Investigated as a Homicide

The Office of the Medical Examiner has preliminarily concluded that this death is a homicide. The deceased has been identified as William Adolfo Rivas Leiva, 22, of the Herndon area.
