Detectives obtained and served a warrant charging Andre Curtis Wilkins with the murder of Marquel Davis on Friday, December 11. He was previously charged (on December 4) in the malicious wounding of a 27-year-old man. Police charged a 32-year-old man in connection to incidents that took place last summer in the 6700 block of West Wakefield Drive.
