Fairfax County Crime Solvers is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the man seen in the attached video. This video was recorded on Tuesday, April 15, around 7 a.m. by a resident in the 2600 block of Arlington Drive. The witness observed and recorded the suspect as he peeped into an apartment window and touched himself inappropriately. An investigation determined a woman was in that room at the time of this incident.

Detectives are hopeful that a resident in the area will recognize this man and come forward with his identity. The suspect was described as black or Hispanic with a thin build.
