We congratulate the graduates of our first Teen Police Academy!

Twenty-two high school students representing fourteen different high schools across Fairfax County attended the program June 26 – 28, which was held at Falls Church High School and the Fairfax County Criminal Justice Academy. Participants received approximately 21 hours of instructions, including

• Patrol
• Traffic stops
• Crime scene
• SWAT
• K9
• Emergency Vehicles Operations Center
• Exploring careers in law enforcement
• Dangers of alcohol
