Police Seek Public’s Help Locating Missing Man from Vienna Area

Police are seeking the public’s help locating a missing man from the Vienna area. On Tuesday, July 29, Ismail Elmas voluntarily left the area of his home, located in the 2100 block of Statute Lane, in his gray 2008 Toyota Prius, bearing VA license plates XBW-4298. He has not returned home and his family has been unable to contact him. Elmas’ recent behavior has caused concern for his well-being. Ismail Elmas may be in possession of a firearm and should not be approached.

Anyone who may know his whereabouts or locate his vehicle is asked to call police at 703-691-2131.

Ismail Elmas is 49 years old. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 155 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes.
