6800 block of Compton Heights Circle, 2007 Chevrolet SUV
PURSUIT/HIT AND RUN, Glassell Court/South Kings Highway, 11/28/14, 11:32 p.m. A police officer on patrol attempted to stop a vehicle but the suspect fled onto Richmond Highway. Officers pursued the vehicle and while attempting to elude police, the driver struck another vehicle. Officers managed to stop the suspect vehicle on Glassell Court and arrested the driver and passenger. Issa R. Elhage, 19, of Alexandria, was charged with disregarding police signal to stop, felony hit and run and possession of marijuana. Andrea L. Cepeda Verde, 19, of Alexandria, was charged with possession of marijuana.
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 6300 block of Richmond Highway, 11/28/14. A woman was in a restaurant when a man exposed himself. Police were called and the subject was arrested. James J. Sullivan, 75, no fixed address, was charged with masturbation in public and indecent exposure.

PURSUIT/ASSAULT ON POLICE, Inlet Cove Drive/Richmond Highway, 11/26/14, 2:52 a.m. An officer on patrol observed a vehicle stopped in a lane of traffic. Upon making contact with the intoxicated driver, the vehicle drove off. Officers pursued the vehicle and the driver lost control bringing the vehicle to a stop. While taking custody of the driver, an officer was assaulted. Katie R. Reber, 34, of Alexandria, was charged with DWI, disregarding police signal, reckless driving, and assault on law enforcement.
