DIRECTED PATROL, 12/13/14. Officers from the Traffic Division patrolled the county searching for drunk drivers. Eight summonses were issued.
BURGLARY, 14600 block of Boac Circle, 12/13/14, 1:12 p.m. A resident reported someone entered the residence. Patrol officers from the Sully District Station located and apprehended two juvenile suspects. There were no injuries.

BURGLARY, 1800 block of Town Center Drive, 12/14/14, 1:12 p.m. An employee reported someone entered the business and took property. Upon arrival officers located and arrested Eric R. Basham 25, of Herndon. Basham was charged with Burglary, Grand Larceny and Destruction of Property.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
AGGREVATED ASSAULT/BRANDISHING, 7700 block of Donnybrook Court, 12/12/14. The victims were in a parking lot and approached by a man. The man displayed a handgun and struck one of the victims with the handgun. The suspect then entered a vehicle and attempted to flee when police arrived. One victim received non-life threatening injuries. Police arrested Bruce Ahn, 22, of Annandale. Ahn was charged with malicious wounding, attempted malicious wounding to law enforcement, five counts of brandishing a firearm, DWI, destruction of property and possession of marijuana.
