ASSAULT WITH WEAPON, Pembroke Village Drive/Buckman Road, 12/19/14, 6:51 p.m. The victim was walking when he was approached by two men. One suspect displayed a handgun and shot the victim. The suspects fled. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The victim and suspects are known to each other. The first suspect was described as black, 20s and a thin build. The second suspect was described as Hispanic and heavy set.

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY, 3500 block of South Jefferson Street, 12/23/14, 2:50 p.m. The victim was walking when he was approached by a man. The suspect demanded money then fled on foot. The victim did not require rescue. The suspect was described as black, 40s, and between 5 feet 8 and 5 feet 9 inches tall.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
PEEPING, 4300 block of Carmelo Drive, 12/23/14, 11:30 a.m. A resident looked out the window and saw a man looking into the room. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. The suspect was described as Hispanic and with a medium build.
