14400 block of New Braddock Road, property from vehicle.
ROBBERY, Buckman Road/McClelland Place, 01/01/15, 12:28 a.m. The victim was walking and was approached by two men. The suspects displayed a handgun and demanded money. The suspect took cash and property and fled. There were no injuries. The first suspect was described as Hispanic, 20s and about 6 feet tall. The second suspect was described as Hispanic, 20s, and between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall.

6600 Richmond Highway, merchandise from business.
ROBBERY, 1300 block of Chain Bridge Road, 1/2/15, 10:50 a.m. A man entered the Bank of America and displayed a weapon to an employee. The suspect took cash and fled. There were no injuries. The suspect was described as white, 50’s, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 170 pounds and wearing a black brimmed hat, dark colored coat and dark colored gloves.

6400 block of Little River Turnpike, wallet and phone taken from vehicle.
STOLEN VEHICLES:
4100 block of Wadsworth Court, 2001 Dodge Neon.
LARCENIES:
2000 block of Royal Fern Court, phone from vehicle.
BURGLARY, 4500 block of Bee Street, 01/05/15. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.
LARCENIES:
7400 block of Gene Street, cash from residence.
6300 block of Springfield Mall, merchandise from business.
7700 block of Armistead Street, powered equipment from business.
WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
ATTEMPTED ROBBERY, 7600 block of McWhorter Place, 01/02/15, 8:41 p.m. The victim was in a parking lot and approached by three men. The suspects displayed a handgun, assaulted the victim and demanded money. Nothing was taken and the suspects fled. The victim incurred non-life threatening injuries. The suspects were described as Hispanic, late teens and about 5 feet 7 inches tall.
