WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
ROBBERY, 7900 block of Inverton Road, 02/01/15, 7:00 p.m. The victim was walking when he was approached from behind by a man. The suspect grabbed the victim by the neck and demanded money. The suspect took cash and property and fled on foot. There were no injuries. The suspect was described black, between 17 to 21 years of age, and approximately 6 feet 2 inches to 6 feet 4 inches tall.
