UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 9400 block of Lee Highway, 02/11/15, 1:11 a.m. A resident reported an unknown man knocked on the door and entered the home without the owner’s permission. Responding officers located the man and arrested him. Justin K. Stone, 26 of Fairfax, was charged with unlawful entry, resisting arrest and drunk in public.

PURSUIT, Annandale Road/South Street, 2/10/15, 2:07 a.m. An officer on patrol initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on Annandale Road near South Street. The driver disregarded the officer’s signal to stop and continued on Annandale Road. The driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed on Annandale Road near Darwin Drive, striking several parked vehicles. There were no injuries. The driver, Robert D. Arthur, 35, of Annandale, was arrested and charged with felony DWI – 3rd offense, refusal, hit and run, felony speed to elude, disregard a red light, driving on a revoked license for DUI and driving without an ignition interlock.
BURGLARY, 6100 block of Willston Drive, 02/11/15. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

5200 block of Navaho Drive, cash and property from vehicle.
6100 block of Willston Drive, jewelry from residence.
STOLEN VEHICLE WITH APPREHENSION, 5900 block of Leesburg Pike, 02/07/15 5:45 p.m. The victim parked his vehicle in a parking lot and upon return; the vehicle was no longer there. A short time later, officers were dispatched to an accident involving the victim’s vehicle. The driver fled on foot and was located by responding officers. Fredy Portillo Villatoro, 33, of Woodbridge, was arrested and charged with grand larceny, larceny of an auto, DWI, felony hit and run and driving on a revoked license. Mr. Villatoro was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

BURGLARY, 9500 block of Burdett Road, 02/11/15. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.
