Daily Police Blotter for March 17-18, 2015

DIRECTED PATROL, 3/17/15. Officers from the Mount Vernon Police District patrolled the county searching for drunk drivers. Forty vehicles were stopped. One driver was charged with DWI. Twenty-four summonses and twenty-three warnings were issued.
DIRECTED PATROL, 3/17/15. Officers from the Franconia Police District patrolled the county searching for drunk drivers. Thirty-five vehicles were stopped. No drivers were charged with DWI. Fourteen summonses and twenty-one warnings were issued.
DIRECTED PATROL, 3/17/15. Officers from the Operational Support Bureau patrolled the county searching for drunk drivers. Thirteen vehicles were stopped. One driver was charged with DWI. Nine summonses and six warnings were issued.
INDECENT EXPOSURE, Centreville Farms Road/Lamium Lane, 3/17/15, 3:06 p.m. A woman was driving when a man on the side of the road exposed himself. Responding officers apprehended a 15-year-old juvenile male and petitions will be sought charging the suspect.

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 7800 block of Richmond Highway, 3/16/15, 11:30 p.m. A woman was waiting for a bus when a man exposed himself. The suspect was described as black, 40-45 and about 5 feet tall with a heavy build.
