ABDUCTION WITH APPREHENSION, 14400 block of Golden Oak Road, 04/26/15, 13:50 p.m. A man approached a 6-year-old female and a 10-year-old male in the common area of an apartment complex. The suspect grabbed both victims and attempted to lure them back to an apartment. The victims resisted and were able to free themselves. The suspect fled and was later located by patrol officers and arrested. Michael J. McAvey, 24, of Centreville, was charged with two counts of abduction. The suspect and victims appear to have been acquainted with each other.

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 6600 block of Richmond Highway, 04/27/15, 10:02 p.m. A man walked into a store, exposed himself to an employee and then fled. The suspect was described as black, 20s, about 6 feet 2 inches tall, 190 pounds, wearing all black clothing.

BURGLARY, 4100 block of Wadsworth Court, 04/27/15. An employee reported someone entered the business and took property.

3500 block of South Jefferson Street, merchandise from business.
BURGLARY, 11300 block of Seneca Knoll Drive, 04/27/15. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

BURGLARY, 5700 block of Fenwick Drive, 04/27/15. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

STOLEN VEHICLES:
6100 block of Wicklow Drive, 2008 Toyota Sienna.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY/LARCENY FROM VEHICLE, 4100 block of Vernoy Hills Road, 04/26/15 6:40 a.m. A man entered the garage of a residence through an unsecured garage door. The victim confronted the suspect and the suspect fled. The victim did not require medical attention. Property was taken. The suspect was described as a white male with brown hair.
