Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old, Cesar “Steven” Boquin Zambrano of Springfield. Steven was last seen at Robert E. Lee High School on Monday, June 1 around 6:30 a.m. He was wearing gray pants, and a gray sweatshirt with blue sleeves.
