The Daily Police Blotter for June 04, 2015

BURGLARY, 6100 block of Stegen Drive, 06/03/15. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

BURGLARY, 3100 block of Furman Lane, 06/03/15. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 3000 block of Nutley Street, 06/03/15, 4:16 p.m. A woman was in the parking lot of a shopping center when a man sitting in a vehicle asked her for directions. When the victim approached the vehicle, the suspect exposed himself. The victim walked away and left the parking lot. The suspect was described as white, 20 to 30 years of age, and wearing a button up shirt, sitting in a white vehicle.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION

CRUISER ACCIDENT WITH INJURY, Fairfax County Parkway/Roberts Parkway, 06/03/15, around 11:47 a.m. An officer was assisting a disabled motorist when his cruiser was struck in the rear by another vehicle. The officer was transported to a hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The driver of the striking vehicle was charged with fail to yield right of way when approaching stationary emergency vehicles. 

BURGLARY, 4500 block of Commons Drive, 06/03/15. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

Joseph V. Hoeft

MALTREAT ANIMAL, 300 block of Doeg Indian Court, 06/02/15. An Animal Control Officer responded for the report of a dog that was stabbed. The owner, Joseph V. Hoeft, 19, of Alexandria, was charged with felony animal cruelty. The dog died as a result of the injuries.
