Major Crimes Detectives arrested Mr. Han I. Tak, 30, of Reston, Virginia, in the afternoon hours of Wednesday, July 1. Mr. Tak was charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor. Tak, who is an instructor at Fox Mill Tae Kwon Do in Herndon, is  alleged to have inappropriately touched a juvenile karate student.
