LARCENIES:

MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY, 3000 block of Nutley Street, 07/07/15, around 10:00 p.m. The victim was standing in the parking lot of the shopping center and was approached by two men. After a brief struggle one of the suspects produced a knife and took the victim’s property. The two men ran in a westward direction across Nutley Street. The victim did not require and medical attention. The first suspect is described as a black male in his 20’s, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and 160 pounds wearing a black long sleeve shirt and grey pants. The second suspect is described as a black male, in his 20’s, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and 140 pounds and wearing a grey jacket and white pants.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY / DESTRUCTION,  2500 block of Arch Drive, 07/08/15, around 9:18 p.m. The victim arrived home after being on vacation a week and noticed a window broken and property inside the house disturbed.

MASON DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY, 5000 block of Caryn Court, 07/04/15, around 6:45 p.m. The victim was sitting in the common area near an apartment community pool and was approached by a man. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money. The suspect took property and cash and fled. The victim did not require medical attention. The suspect was described as Hispanic, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, heavy set, wearing a T-shirt, blue jeans, a black mask over his face.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY, 2500 block of John Milton Road, 07/02/15, around 1:07 a.m. The victim was walking in the sidewalk and was approached by two men. One of the suspects displayed a handgun and demanded money. The victim attempted to flee and was assaulted by the suspects. After a brief struggle, the suspects fled. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspects were described as two black males, one was wearing a hoodie and was about 5 feet 11 inches tall. Officers with the assistance from the police helicopter and K9 responded and checked the area for the suspects, but they were not located.
