Funeral Escort for Carlos Silva, Brazilian World Police and Fire Games Athlete

Officers from the Fairfax County Police Department, assisted by officers from the City of Alexandria, Arlington County, the City of Fairfax, Prince William County and from the Virginia State Police, will honorably escort Investigator Carlos Silva and his family to Dulles International airport for his final flight home to Brazil.
