Read moreOn Tuesday, July 14, homicide detectives charged Jose Oscar Carcamo, 37, of Annandale, with Second Degree Murder in the killing of Milton Adonay Leon Angel. The two were acquaintances and this was not a random act. Carcamo was arrested in Pennsylvania on July 5 on unrelated Fairfax County charges and was brought back to Fairfax County.
