UPDATE: Critical Missing Person (Located)- Smith was located on Friday, January 22 around 4:30 p.m. in King George County, Va. A state trooper saw a vehicle stopped alongside a road and pulled up behind it to check on it. He determined the driver was Smith, reported as missing.
