GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
There will be a sobriety checkpoint this Friday, April 29 from 11:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. in the Sully Police District. Call a friend, drive sober and stay safe.
It’s Operation Drug Take-back time! This Saturday, bring all of your old prescription medications to any Fairfax County Police Station from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is a safe, convenient, responsible way of disposing of old medication. To learn more about this important initiative, please click here.

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 6300 Block of Seven Corners Center, 04/26/16, 7:46 p.m. A man entered a business, displayed a handgun, and demanded money from employees. Preliminary investigation determined that the suspect discharged a handgun and then fled with an undisclosed amount of money. One of the employees sustained a non-life threatening injury, as a result of the weapon discharge, and was transported to a local hospital. The suspect was described as a black male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, 120-130 pounds, and had his face covered.
