PEEPING: 7200 block of Parkwood Court, 05/02/16, 6:45 a.m. A resident looked out the window and saw a man looking inside touching himself inappropriately. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. The suspect was described as black, 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall, and approximately 160-200 pounds.
