PEEPING: 6000 block of Backlick Road, 07/11/16, 3:04 a.m. A resident reported that she looked out the window and saw a man looking into the room. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. He was described as Hispanic, between 20 and 30 years old, with dark hair and a beard.
