Please join Captain Ron Manzo and his staff from the Reston District Station for a community meeting tonight at 6 p.m. at Hutchinson Elementary School, located at 13209 Parcher Ave. in Herndon. The meeting will primarily focus on discussions on the recent Parcher Avenue incidents. It will be held in the cafeteria and a Spanish translator will be present.

ROBBERY/ASSAULT: 2900 block of Arlington Drive, 07/21/16, 1:09 a.m. A man reported that while he was walking, four men exited a vehicle, allegedly assaulted him and took property. The suspects were described as black and were in a silver sedan-style car. The victim had non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at a local hospital.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 7600 block of Richmond Hwy, 07/20/16, 1:00 a.m. Officers responded to a business for a burglary alarm. An investigation determined a man had forced entry into the store, took property and fled. The suspect was described as black, 30 – 45 years old, 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet 2 inches, wearing a gray jacket and dark pants.
