DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: 6900 block of Cottontail Court, 07/21/16, 8:24 a.m. Police responded to a report that someone spray-painted racial slurs on the victim’s vehicle. No suspect information.
ROBBERY: 7900 block of Springfield Village Drive, 07/22/16, 12:23 a.m. Police responded to a report of an assault. An investigation determined the victim, a teenaged boy, was walking when three to five males pulled up in a vehicle next to him. One of the passengers, another teenaged boy, exited, allegedly assaulted the victim and took property. The assault suspect was described as black, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, wearing a floral shirt. The victim had non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at a local hospital.
