WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE/ARREST: 9300 block of Kite Street, 10/27/16, 11:47 p.m. Police responded for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers located it and initiated a traffic stop. Investigation revealed there were narcotics in the car. Alex Conte, 20, of Fairfax, was arrested, taken to jail and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
