ARMED ROBBERY: 13400 block of Lee Highway (Shell), 1/6/17, around 3:34 p.m. A 30-year-old victim reported that a man entered the store, displayed a handgun and demanded cash. The suspect left on foot and was described as Hispanic, 25 to 30 years old, about 5 feet 5 inches tall and 130 to 145 pounds. The victim did not require medical attention.

ROBBERY/WARRANT/ARREST: 7400 block of Linda Lane, 1/7/17, around 1:20 a.m. A 51-year-old man was delivering food to this location when he was approached by a man who repeatedly assaulted him, took the food and ran off. Officers, along with K9, responded and tracked to an address. A suspect was identified and taken into custody. Christian Matthew Huamani, 22, of Fairfax, was arrested, taken to the Adult Detention Center, and charged with robbery. An outstanding warrant for domestic assault was also served.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD/ARREST: 1900 block of Chain Bridge Road (Tyson’s Mall), 1/8/17, around 1:00 p.m. An employee notified officers with the Tysons Urban Team (TUT) that a credit card fraud case may be afoot. Three suspicious men were stopped by officers leaving the store and an investigation revealed that they were in possession of fraudulent credit cards, along with marijuana. Further investigation determined the suspects were in possession of several items used in the manufacturing of fraudulent credit cards and identification cards. Police officers seized 87 fraudulent credit cards. All three suspects were taken to the Adult Detention Center. Deandre Perry, 21 of Richmond, was charged with two counts of credit card forgery, three counts of credit card larceny and possession of marijuana. Taquarrius Jones, 20, of Richmond, was charged with four counts of credit card larceny, one count of credit card forgery, identification theft and possession of marijuana. De Quan Carroll, 21, of Glen Allen, was charged with four counts of credit card larceny, one count of credit card forgery and one count of obtaining money by false pretense.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 8400 block of Hilltop Road (Sherwin Williams), 1/8/17, around 9:57 p.m. Officers responded to a report of a burglary alarm at a business. Upon arrival, they saw the front door to the business smashed in. Several tools and the cash register were missing. The case is under investigation by detectives.

COMMERCIAL ARMED ROBBERY: 12100 block of Sunset Hills Road (Chipotle), 1/8/17, around 10:10 p.m. Two employees were closing the business when a man entered the store, displayed a handgun and demanded cash. The suspect ran off with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was described as Hispanic, wearing all black clothing, gloves and had his face covered. The victims did not require medical attention.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY/ARREST: 1900 block of Reston Metro Plaza, 1/8/17, around 2:20 p.m. An employee notified police that a man was staying in a vacant apartment and did not have the right to be there. Upon arrival, officers identified a suspect and took him into custody without incident. Hassen Semir, 42, of Reston was taken to the Adult Detention Center and charged with unlawful entry.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 7300 block of Lockport Place, 1/7/17, around 1:30 a.m. An employee returned to work after a late delivery and saw a car speeding away from the business. He then saw several items stacked by the loading dock. Initial investigation led to a possible suspect and the case is under active investigation by detectives.

BURGLARY: 12400 block of Meadow Hunt Drive, 1/7/17, around 2:38 p.m. Officers responded to a house for an open door call. They saw a back door was broken and it appeared items were missing from the home. They located a house sitter who was watching the home while the owner was away. They had last been to the house on 12/24/16 and everything appeared ok. The homeowner was contacted.
